We all know about the Ikea concept of “do it yourself” furniture, the knock down stuff that you can load into your trunk and then spend all night trying to figure out how to put it together after you translate the instructions.

It turns out that Ikea is not just involved in what you put into your house, but also the house itself.

They have designed a pre-fab temporary structure-solar powered-that brings a level of sophistication to temporary housing that has not been seen before.

Unlikely that the price point will make this a viable replacement for the hexayurt, but you still might see one on the playa.
